Imagine you wanted an area of your companies web site that only the staff could get to, from anywhere in the country. (Ideal if staff members aren't all under one roof). You couldn't use the 'Password Protected Folder' option as you want each member of staff to have their own username and password. Plus, you would also like to see 'who' has logged in and read the staff notes, downloaded the new pricelists or bulletins... and more importantly, 'who' hasn't!
Our 'Members / Staff Area' feature is a sophisticated password protected, membership management system that gives your members / staff access to a password protected area. This feature manages the users login details and allows the 'administrator' to email and manage users from a simple web interface. There is a 'Register' page to allow staff to initially add their details. This can then be 'removed' so only the 'administrator' can add or delete users details.
